- We clean the chalet thoroughly between each booking
- Carbon monoxide alarm
- Smoke alarm
- Electrical safety certificate in place and available for inspection
- Gas safety certificate in place and available for inspection
- There are some toys and puzzles provided, please check these on arrival and if there is anything you would like removed eg puzzles with small pieces, we will be happy to move them for you.
- The decking and steps can be slippery especially after rain so please take extra care when using them.
Cancellation policy
If, after the booking has been confirmed, you wish to cancel your holiday, you must notify us by email and the following cancellation charges will be applied:
Days before arrival:
8 or more: Loss of any costs we have incurred eg third party fees
0 to 7: Loss of 100% of rental charges
